Introduction and Acceptance
Welcome to Yomai, the SAP Salesforce Integration Platform that connects SAP ERP with Salesforce CRM in weeks, not months. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Yomai's services, including our integration platform, API, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using Yomai, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
Service Description
Yomai provides a specialized platform that enables seamless integration between SAP ERP systems and Salesforce CRM. Our service includes:
- SAP to Salesforce data synchronization and mapping
- Pre-built templates for customers, orders, invoices, and payments
- Real-time data flow with configurable update schedules
- SAP Digital Access compliance and security features
- Enterprise-grade authentication and monitoring
- Technical support and integration assistance
Account Responsibility and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. This includes:
- Providing accurate and complete information when creating your account
- Maintaining the security of your login credentials and SAP connection details
- Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account
- Ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws and SAP licensing terms
- Managing SAP OData access and Salesforce API credentials securely
- Ensuring proper authorization for accessing SAP and Salesforce systems
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use Yomai responsibly and in accordance with these Terms. Your use of the Service must:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including SAP Digital Access licensing
- Respect the intellectual property rights of SAP, Salesforce, and other third parties
- Not interfere with or disrupt the Service, SAP systems, or Salesforce orgs
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or connected systems
- Not use the Service for any illegal or harmful purposes
- Maintain compliance with your organization's data governance policies
Prohibited Activities
You shall not use Yomai to:
- Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights, including SAP and Salesforce terms
- Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code through our platform
- Engage in spam, phishing, or other fraudulent activities
- Attempt to overload, crash, or interfere with our systems or connected SAP/Salesforce systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes without proper licensing
- Share or resell access to the Service without authorization
- Exceed SAP Digital Access limits or violate SAP licensing terms
- Use the Service to access SAP or Salesforce data without proper authorization
Data Protection and Privacy
We are committed to protecting your data and privacy. Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You acknowledge that:
- We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy
- You are responsible for ensuring your data processing complies with applicable laws and SAP/Salesforce terms
- We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information and maintain SAP Digital Access compliance
- You can request access to or deletion of your personal data
- We maintain audit logs of SAP data access for compliance purposes
- You are responsible for ensuring proper authorization for SAP and Salesforce data access
Intellectual Property Rights
Yomai and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Yomai and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your SAP and Salesforce data, but grant us a license to process and synchronize it as necessary to provide the integration Service. We do not claim ownership of your business data or intellectual property.
Service Availability and Maintenance
We strive to maintain high availability of our Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that could temporarily affect service availability. We will provide reasonable notice for scheduled maintenance when possible. Note that service availability may also depend on the availability of your SAP and Salesforce systems.
Limitation of Liability
Yomai provides the Service "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yomai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the Service. This includes any issues arising from SAP or Salesforce system availability, data accuracy, or integration performance.
